Get packages

GET /v2/packages Bearer token

Lists the packages on your account, the default package first and then by name.

Name	Type	Notes
`id`	integer	Fetch one package.
`limit`	integer	Page size. There is no default and no cap: leave it out and every package comes back.
`offset`, `order`, `order_by`		Standard pagination.

count is every package that matches, not the size of the page.
