Get webhook subscriptions

GET /v2/webhooks Bearer token

Lists the webhook subscriptions on your account, ordered by topic.

Name	Type	Notes
`topic`	string	Filter to one topic.
`status`	string	`active` or `inactive`.
`limit`	integer	Page size. There is no default: leave it out and every subscription comes back.
`offset`, `order`, `order_by`		Standard pagination.

first_failed_time is the first place to look when events stop arriving. A non-null value means deliveries have been failing since then, and after three days of failures the subscription is set inactive. See How delivery works.
